The Black Shirts will play a sparring match against Łódź Sports Club

On Friday at 12:00, the Pride of the Capital („Duma Stolicy”) will play a sparring match in Łódz against the local Lódź Sports Club, currently occupying the last place in the PKO BP Ekstraklasa table.

ŁKS, in the ongoing season of the top division, has two wins, two draws, and eleven defeats, occupying the last place in the league table with only 8 points. To reach the safe zone, the “Knights of Spring” are seven points away.

The 2023/2024 league campaign was started by the team under Kazimierz Moskal, who was in charge until October 11 this year. Then, the team was taken over by Piotr Stokowiec, well-known at #K6, who previously worked with the Black Shirts back in the Ekstraklasa days.

The two teams last played against each other in July this year as part of a summer preparatory camp. In a sparring match closed to the media and fans, we lost in Warsaw to a higher-ranked rival with a score of 2:6.
