We’ve learned the Blackshirts’ preparation plan for the Fortuna 1 Liga spring round. Eight sparring matches and two camps are planned for the coming weeks, including one in Belek, Turkey.

The players’ return to training after the Christmas-New Year break is scheduled for Monday, January 8. That’s also when the traditional medical examination will take place. For the first week, Rafal Smalec’s charges will train on the pitches in Warsaw.

On January 15 (Monday) the Black Shirts will leave for a six-day preparatory camp in Zielona Gora. There they will play two sparring matches against Chrobry Głogów (17.01) and Lechia Zielona Góra (20.01).

From January 30 to February 8, our players will polish their form at a preparatory camp in Belek, Turkey, during which we will face SCM Gloria Buzau (Romania) and Kolding IL (Denmark). Before leaving for Turkey, we will play one more control match against Pogonia Siedlce (27.01).

After returning to Poland, and a week before the start of league play, we will travel to Lublin for a match against Motor (10.02). A week later we’ll take on Victoria Sulejówek at home, and we’ll end the winter preparation period on the last weekend of February with a match against Legionovia Legionowo.
