Commentary on the financial penalties imposed on the Club by the Polish Football Association
The fans from Ultras Enigma are the undoubted strength of Polonia – your organized cheering during matches gives wings to the players. The unique atmosphere in the stands and unforgettable match settings are something that distinguishes Polonia. We need your commitment to build a strong Polonia community! We ask you to support us on a daily basis in the promotion of matches, the sale of tickets, season tickets, bringing new fans to the stadium, the promotion of our mission “Czarni Kulturalni” and in many other activities that you carry out to promote the Club.
Loud cheering, fixtures in the stands – these are inseparable elements of football – we are proud that our fans are people full of passion for creating match settings.
However, we cannot allow behavior in the stands that may expose the club to financial penalties from the PZPN authorities. At the match against Wisła Kraków (06.12.2024), a banner was hung on the Kamienna Stand with content not related to the match being played. It was classified by the PZPN authorities as spreading “contemptuous content” (screen below), as a result of which the club received a fine of PLN 5,000. In this round, it was the second financial penalty imposed on the Club (the first one concerned the use of pyrotechnics during the match against Ruch Chorzów).
In addition to the financial consequences resulting from similar behavior, the Club is also exposed to qualifying subsequent matches as high-risk matches (which is associated with, for example, higher security costs and the inability to sell beer), lower interest from potential sponsors, fans visiting our stadium for the first time. Our common goal is to build attendance, which is currently unsatisfactory.
The club incurs multi-million financial losses annually, which are covered by the private funds of the President and Owner of Polonia Warszawa Gregoire Nitot. Let’s do everything together to avoid these unnecessary, additional expenses spent on paying fines.
We understand and accept the occasional match fixtures that create wonderful, emotional images and memories, but this is not the case with the aforementioned banner, which does not add anything to the match setting, does not attract new fans and does not promote the Club. Therefore, we expect that those responsible for displaying it, or Ultras Enigma as a group, will feel obliged to cover the costs of the fine imposed on us by the Polish FA.

We turn to the Ultras Enigma group – we believe that in cooperation we are able to achieve our common goals even better, which are: attracting new fans and sponsors, promoting our mission “We are Black Cultural”, creating fantastic cheering and atmosphere in the stands. We will never build a strong Club without the support of the Ultras Enigma group. We need you!
See you in the stands at K6!
