First team
Adrian Sandach is returning to Konwiktorska 6.
By decision of the Sports Department of Polonia Warsaw, the loan of Adrian Sandach to the second division Świt Szczecin will be terminated at the end of the year.
Adrian spent the autumn round on loan at Świt Szczecin, where he played 19 matches. He conceded 29 goals in those games, while keeping a clean sheet in five of them. Sandach was an important figure for the team, which, as a newly promoted side, finished the autumn round in a strong 8th place, just two points behind the promotion playoff zone.
The club has now decided to shorten the loan period of our goalkeeper, which means Adrian will officially return to Konwiktorska on January 1st and, together with the rest of the team, will begin preparations for the spring round of the first league.
Adrian Sandach joined the team of the Pride of Warsaw in the summer of last year from Korona Kielce. The 20-year-old goalkeeper, originally from Warsaw, did not manage to make his debut in the first team of the Black Shirts. However, Adrian regularly played for the reserves, competing in the fifth league and reaching the final of the Mazovian District Cup.
Adrian, welcome back, and we wish you the best of luck!
