Board and organization

As President and Owner, Gregoire Nitot is involved in overseeing all aspects of the Club’s operations. He works with eight Directors who report directly to him: the CFO, the Sporting Director, the Coach, the Academy Director, the Sales Director, the Merchandising Manager and the Marketing and Communications team. His role involves recruiting and appointing the best leaders to manage our various departments, defining their OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), securing funding for the Club and providing support to help all departments succeed.

At the Club, I am responsible for areas connected to operational and financial activities. Together with the administration and accounting staff, we make sure that the Club operates efficiently while providing high-quality finance and management data necessary to make current and strategic decisions that will impact the development of Polonia.
