I had an account in the existing ticketing system – will it work in the new one?

If your email address is already in the database, you do not need to create a new account – you can just reset your password. 

Do I need an account to buy a season ticket?

Yes, buying a season ticket can only be done from a registered account. If you already have one, please log in. 

To create an account, click the CREATE ACCOUNT banner and fill out the form. Entering your PESEL number and first name, last name, email address, and setting a password is mandatory. You must also accept consents marked with a red asterisk *

I forgot my password. Can I get it back? 

Resetting your password is possible. To do this, click the Forgot password button located in the login window, then enter the email address for which the account was created and click RESET. A new password will be sent to the address. Use in the login process. 

How to buy a ticket / season ticket for yourself or others? 

Click the BUY TICKET/ BUY SEASON TICKET button. From the map showing a preview of the pitch and zone layout, select a ticket zone (A-C) and a sector – when you hover over a specific sector, you will see the prices of individual season tickets and the number of available seats. When you click on the selected zone, a preview of the seats will appear (available seats are marked in blue).  

If you are ordering a ticket/ season ticket for yourself only, select one seat and click the Checkout button.  

If you are ordering a ticket/ season ticket for more than one person in addition to a family season ticket, select all seats of your choice and click the Checkout button. 

The Checkout view shows the details of one or more tickets/ season tickets. Enter your or the people’s for whom you are placing the order PESEL number in the PESEL field and click the ASSIGN button. If the PESEL number already exists in the database, the associated data will be automatically saved. If the PESEL has not yet been used on the site, after clicking the ASSIGN button, a form will appear where you need to enter your first and last name. Then, select the form of ticket: Ticket pool for the season or E-Season Card (season ticket). These steps should be followed for each of the season tickets/ tickets. 

After completing the data and selecting the form of the ticket, click the Summary button. Then, select the form of payment and click ACCEPT. In the next step, pay for your order. When the transaction receives the status Completed, you will get access to the ticket(s) in the form you selected when ordering. 

Ticket pool for the season: click the GO TO TICKET/ GO TO SEASON TICKET button. Each game of the season has its own unique ticket. Clicking the GO TO TICKET button additionally allows you to download a MOBILE TICKET by entering your cell phone number and SENDING LINK to the ticket to an email address of your choice. 

E-Season Card (season ticket): clicking the ALTERNATIVE PRINTOUT button will open the card in a new tab, from where you can download it for printing. Clicking the MOBILE VIRTUAL CARD button allows you to download the card by entering your cell phone number. 

Ticket pool for the season or E-Season Card – what is the difference? 

Ticket pool for the season is a collection of separate tickets for all matches. Each ticket from the pool has a unique barcode required to be presented at the entrance to the stadium. 

E-Season Card (season ticket) allows you to enter all the matches in the season by showing one E-card (season ticket). 

Both options allow:   

  • printing the ticket, 
  • downloading and/or sending the ticket to your phone, 
  • printing the ticket by the cashier at the box office after providing the PESEL number or name and surname. 

How to buy a family season ticket?

The discount related to the family season ticket is automatically added when completing the form for the purchase of a red or black season ticket. 

Click the BUY SEASON TICKET button. From the map showing a preview of the pitch and zone layout, select a ticket zone (A-C) and a sector – if you hover over a specific sector, you will see the prices of individual passes and the number of available seats. When you click on the selected zone, a preview of the seats will appear (available seats are marked in blue). Select all seats of your choice for the parent and accompanying children and click the Checkout button. 

The checkout view shows the data of all the passes. Enter the PESEL number of the parent and the PESEL numbers of the children for whom you are placing an order in the PESEL fields and click the ASSIGN button. If the PESEL number already exists in the database, the associated data will be automatically saved. If the PESEL has not yet been used on the site, after clicking the ASSIGN button, a form will appear where you need to enter the first and last name. After entering the child’s PESEL number, the system will automatically assign the child to the appropriate age group (0-7 or 8-18). Then, select the form of ticket: Ticket pool for the season or E-Season Card (season ticket). These steps should be followed for each of the season tickets/ tickets.

When is the family discount for a season ticket calculated?

After adding a red or black season ticket to the cart and filling in the details of the parent and children, the Total field at the bottom of the form will show the price of the tickets before the discount. To see the actual cost of the family season ticket after the discount, click the Summary button. The Transaction summary window will open, showing the price of the tickets including the discount which is calculated automatically.

What do I need to do to watch a match broadcast? 

First, you need to create an account on Polonia TV – link, and then buy access to the broadcast of a match.  

What do I need to do if I have not received an account activation link? 

Remember to check your SPAM box. If you still cannot access the link and activate your account on Polonia TV, do not hesitate to contact the club – we will certainly help you.
