GRADUATES

Krzysztof Koton is a graduate of the Polonia Warsaw Football Academy. He has been associated with Polonia since childhood – initially watching matches from the stands, then acting as a ball boy during matches at K6. After ten years playing for the Academy, in the summer of 2021, he joined Polonia Warsaw’s first team. He has now made over 100 appearances for the first team. Krzysztof has also represented Poland at youth level (U-20).

Antek Kapusta is a graduate of the Polonia Warsaw Football Academy who is steadily establishing himself in Polish football. In the 2024/2025 season, he won the Polish U17 championship with Polonia Warsaw, having been one of the team’s key players. His progress did not go unnoticed – Antek was called up to the Polish U15 national team, and subsequently the U16s, where he regularly featured in international matches. His debut for Polonia Warsaw’s first team also deserves special mention, as he went down in the club’s history as one of the youngest players to represent the senior side.

In 2022, he joined the Polonia Warsaw Football Academy, where he spent six years developing his skills and became one of the standout players. In July 2022, Nikita made his debut for Polonia Warsaw’s first team.

He began his football career at Gwardia Warszawa, from where he moved to our Academy in 2016. He plays as a right midfielder or wing-back. In January 2024, he signed a contract with Polonia Warsaw’s first team. In the autumn half of the 2023/2024 season of the Centralna Liga Juniorów U-19, he played 16 matches, scoring two goals and captaining the side in seven of them. His strengths include dynamism, speed and acceleration.

Bartosz Falbierski is an attacking midfielder and one of the most promising graduates of the Polonia Warsaw Football Academy. He joined our Academy in February 2022 from Warta Poznań and quickly became a key player in the Centralna Liga Juniorów U-19, appearing in over 50 matches and scoring 6 goals in the 2023/2024 season. During the 2023/2024 season, he played 25 matches in the U-19 Centralna Liga Juniorów, confirming his consistent form and development as a footballer. In recognition of his outstanding form and commitment, in July 2024 he signed a two-year professional contract with Polonia Warsaw’s first team.

For almost his entire junior career, he belonged to Polonia Warsaw, with a brief break during the 2013/2014 season. With the ‘Black Shirts’, he reached the semi-finals of the Polish Under-17 Championship and also played in the Centralna Liga Juniorów, where he scored nine goals. He undertook football trials at the Dutch club Feyenoord. In 2018, he joined Widzew Łódź. He made his Ekstraklasa debut in 2021 for Piast Gliwice and is currently a player for Rakow Częstochowa. He has made two appearances for the Polish senior national team.

Bartosz has belonged to Polonia Warszawa Football Academy since 2019. He progressed from the Academy to the first team, where he played a total of 63 matches, scoring three goals and providing six assists for his teammates. He has also represented Poland at youth level. He made six appearances for the U-20 national team.

Between 2013 and 2015, he played for Polonia Warszawa Football Academy. In the 2014/2015 season, he made his debut for Polonia Warsaw’s first team. He then continued his career with the youth academy of German side RB Leipzig. After his first spell abroad, he returned to Poland and played for clubs such as Pogoń Siedlce and Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała. In the 2019/2020 season, he made his Ekstraklasa debut for Śląsk Wrocław. His career includes spells with English side Norwich City, with whom he was promoted from the Championship to the Premier League. He has made 12 appearances in the top flight in England to date.

A graduate of Polonia Warszawa Football Academy where he trained from 2018 to 2022. He moved from our Academy to Cracovia Kraków and has so far made 15 appearances in Poland’s top flight.

Piotr played for our Academy between 2020 and 2023. In the 22/23 season, he was the top scorer in the Centralna Liga Juniorów with 16 goals to his name. From our academy, he moved to Piast Gliwice, who play in the Ekstraklasa.

A graduate of Polonia Warszawa Football Academy who played for our senior side between 1999 and 2004. He made 58 appearances for the Black Shirts’ first team. His record includes seven caps for the Polish national team.

A graduate of the Polonia Warszawa Football Academy, for whom he played between 2016 and 2017. During this period, he was the top scorer for the youth team, netting six goals in the Centralna Liga Juniorów. After leaving Polonia, he continued his career at clubs such as Cracovia and Radomiak Radom, and has been playing for Pogoń Siedlce since July 2024.

Between 2016 and 2018, he played for Polonia Warsaw at youth level. After leaving our club, he continued his career with teams such as Cracovia, Resovia and Radomiak Radom, and currently plays for Górnik Zabrze. In November 2021, he was named PKO Bank Polski’s Young Player of the Month, which highlights his talent and commitment on the pitch.

A graduate of the Polonia Warszawa Football Academy, where he honed his footballing skills. In 2023, he joined Legia Warszawa, where he continues his career as a centre-back.

Tomasz Wełna began his football career at the Polonia Warszawa Football Academy, from where, in 2009 at the age of 18, he joined Polonia Warsaw, gaining valuable experience with the reserve team, in the Młoda Ekstraklasa and during a one-year loan spell at Dolcan Ząbki. In February 2013, he was promoted to the first-team squad, making his debut in the Ekstraklasa. He returned to Polonia in 2020 following the club’s takeover by Gregoire Nitot. His performances played a significant role in Polonia’s promotion, first to the Second League and later to the First League. In total, he has made nearly 100 appearances for the Black Shirts.

He has been with Polonia since the age of 11; he played in the Ekstraklasa and European cup competitions; he did not leave the club at a critical moment; he returned to Polonia in 2014 following relegation to the fourth league; he was the first-team coach from 2015 to 2021.
