First team
Three points are ours! We win at #K6 against Stal Rzeszów.
Polonia Warsaw secured another consecutive victory at home. This time, Mariusz Pawlak’s team defeated Stal Rzeszów 1-0, with Krzysztof Koton scoring the only goal of the match in the second half.
The decisive blow came in the 70th minute of the game. Substitute Krzysztof Koton fired a shot from outside the penalty area, placing the ball just inside the post of Krzysztof Bąkowski’s goal. The goal was preceded by an individual run from Bartłomiej Poczobut, who covered several meters and then played a short pass to Ernest Terpiłowski. He returned the ball to Koton, who finished the quick counterattack, scoring his first goal of the season. In the following minutes, there were few opportunities for either team to score, and the 1-0 scoreline remained until the final whistle.
This was the second consecutive victory for the Czarnie Koszule at Konwiktorska 6. The team will fight for another win on Sunday, November 24th, against Ruch Chorzów. The match will kick off at 14:30, and tickets are available for purchase online at www.bilety.kspolonia.pl and in person at Czarna Koszula Sports Bar.
